Description
The BIQU Panda Purge Shield is a reliable helper for the filament ejection area of your 3D printer - specially developed to ensure clean and reliable colour changes during multi-colour printing. The nano-coated SUS304 surface minimises the adhesion of melted filament and allows filament residues to slide out smoothly.
The non-stick coating efficiently removes colour residues from the purge chute. This keeps the area free of blockages and residues, which has a positive effect on the purity of the colours, the quality of the prints and the long-term stability of the system.
Installation in four simple steps (under 60 seconds):
- Remove old pad - Remove residue from the existing pad at the front of the ejector.
- Degrease Chute - Thoroughly clean surfaces with isopropyl alcohol or an alcohol pad.
- Apply Purge Shield - Peel off adhesive film, align exactly and press on firmly.
- Apply the finish - attach the metal sticker, peel off the transfer film - done.
