The PA-CF low-warp filament by colorFabb has a unique composition. As a result, printing on an unheated building board is nearly warp-free.
Prints with little infill perfectly adheres to an unheated building board. Models with a higher infill should ideally be printed at board temperatures between 40 - 50°C.
PA-CF is reinforced with carbon fibres to increase stiffness. Since carbon fibres are abrasive, we recommend using a wear-resistant nozzle.
PA-CF has high tensile and impact strength and allows for long-term use at 120°C.
The composition of the filament has been modified to reduce moisture absorption.
Carbon fibres are abrasive, which accelerates nozzle wear when using the filament.
