Falcon Smoke Purifier AP1

The Creality Falcon AP1 Smoke Purifier was specially developed for use with Creality Falcon lasers and combines innovative airflow with powerful filter performance. Thanks to the 360¡ã airflow design and a high-performance motor, smoke and vapours are captured directly at the source with an air velocity of 20 m/s, an air circulation of 250 m3/h and a suction force of up to 1700 Pa - before they can even spread throughout the room.

Maximum filter efficiency

Instead of stacked filters, the AP1 uses an innovative air duct system that enables 98 % utilisation of the filter surface. This significantly extends the service life of the filters and saves you operating costs - without compromising on cleaning performance.

Real-time air quality monitoring

You can monitor the air quality at any time via the integrated PM2.5 digital display. The display reliably informs you about fine dust levels and makes the effectiveness of the filter system transparent.

Automated control with WiFi

The AP1 synchronises directly with your Creality Falcon laser: it starts the laser process automatically and switches itself off when it is finished. You can also use the WiFi function to set individual run-on times to reliably remove residual vapours.

Advanced 5-stage filtration

A multi-layer filter system ensures maximum air purity:

• G4 pre-filter: removes 95 % of coarse particles >5 ¦Ìm,
• H13 HEPA filter (medical grade): captures 99.97 % of the finest particles down to 0.3 ¦Ìm,
• High-density activated carbon: 3x denser than standard - absorbs toxic gases and odours,
• V-Fold activated carbon filter: absorbs up to 85 % of harmful vapours and 97.97 % of VOCs and acid gases,
• In addition, 1.4 kg of modified activated carbon in a V-fold design for 27 % improved odour adsorption and deep cleaning.

Long service life & low costs

The filters of the AP1 are designed for up to 1000 operating hours, and the V-Fold activated carbon filter for 1500 hours. This significantly reduces maintenance costs - ideal for productive workshops with long operating times.

Quiet operation

At just 57 dB, the Smoke Purifier is pleasantly quiet, so it won't disturb your projects with annoying noises.
