Revo DiamondBack nozzle

The Revo DiamondBack nozzle from E3D is a versatile and wear-resistant brass nozzle with a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tip. It has extreme hardness, high wear resistance and thermal conductivity, and has a low coefficient of friction and high fracture toughness.

The nozzle is suitable for metal and ceramic-filled 1.75mm filaments and is compatible with RapidChange Revo.

Diamondback polycrystalline diamond tip

The DiamondBack nozzle owes its extraordinary abrasion resistance and long service life to its polycrystalline diamond tip. This consists of many tiny diamond crystals that use a proprietary binder to form a matrix of crystals with diamond-to-diamond bonds. This creates excellent diamond hardness and reduced brittleness, making the nozzle perfect for abrasive filaments.

The nozzle tip is polished to a mirror finish to ensure ultra-smooth layers with clean surfaces.

Note: The nozzle is equipped with polycrystalline diamonds at the nozzle opening and at the flat tip.

Frustration-free 3D printing

To prevent hot tightening and the possibility of incorrect assembly, each Revo nozzle consists of a pre-assembled nozzle and heat break as a unit.

Fast nozzle identification

For quick identification, the Revo nozzles are provided with two markings:

• Colour coding on the silicone sock,
• Easy-to-read engraving of the size on the nozzle itself.
