PET-G reinforced with 5% graphene in Jet Black
Prografen PET-G Graphene Strong is a high-performance 3D printing filament enriched with 5% graphene flakes (EFG). Graphene is a monatomic material whose carbon atoms are arranged in a honeycomb-like structure, which significantly improves the mechanical and functional properties of PET-G.
Compared to pure PET-G, PET-G Graphene Strong offers notable improvements. Its tensile strength is 25% higher and its elastic modulus is 20% higher, resulting in better resistance to mechanical stress. In addition, the flow rate is an excellent 170% higher than pure PET-G, allowing faster printing without compromising print quality. Thanks to its low abrasion tendency, this filament can be easily printed with standard brass nozzles, unlike carbon fibre reinforced materials that cause greater nozzle wear.
This material was specially developed for demanding technical and industrial applications and offers outstanding mechanical properties, high abrasion resistance and particularly low wear.
Note: Compared to carbon fibre materials, graphene particles are non-abrasive, which means they can be processed with standard nozzles.

This ReFill is a spoolless PET-G filament wound on a cardboard core. It is compatible with the reusable Bambu Lab spools and the self-printed Spectrum ReFill spools* and does not require any additional adapters. This sustainable solution reduces plastic waste and is also extremely inexpensive.
