Description

User-friendly and easy to print, PLA is one of the most popular filaments on the market. With its PLA and a refined recipe, Snapmaker takes the special PLA properties that are so valued by users to another level.

The PLA is made from fermented plant starch - to be more precise, this is extracted and purified from corn kernels - which also makes it biodegradable. This also makes the material RoHS compliant - safe for you and the environment.

The material is characterised by incredible strength and dimensional stability. Therefore it can be used for a wide range of applications such as prototypes, miniatures or home decoration. With an accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm, precise work with complex details can also be carried out with the PLA.

The optimised formula brings improved mechanical properties to this PLA, making it stronger and more resistant to cracking. The formation of bubbles or any blockages in the nozzles are also effectively prevented with this premium material. Warping is also reduced to a minimum here.
