LGX Mounting Accessories

This is a spare part set for the Bondtech LGX Large Gears eXtruder.

Included in the set:

• 3x M3x30 low head screw
• 4x M3x18 motor bolts with M3x4 fastening thread
• 1x 30mm PTFE tube

Expand the possibilities of the LGX extruder with these mounting parts!

• Use the longer screws to mount a plate between the extruder and the stepper motor
• Expand the mounting options with the motor bolts (up to 4 additional mounting points)
• Improve the performance of the direct-drive performance with the PTFE tube (size for copperhead)

Recommendations for M3x30 cap screws:

Replace the M3x27mm screws in the 3 positions highlighted in the picture. The M3x30 screws are compatible with mounting plates of 1 to 3 mm thickness. If the mounting plate is 1 mm thick or thinner, use the standard M3x27 screws.

PFTE tube lengths:

Copperhead screw: 30mm New Mosquito and Mosquito Magnum: 11 mm Old Mosquito and Mosquito Magnum: 10 mm

PFTE cutting recommendations:

The PTFE tube should be cut straight on both ends. A slight incline on the inside is recommended, but is not absolutely necessary.
