Description
The Fillamentum HIPS is a novel material for FDM 3D printers.
It is one of the best-known polymers worldwide. Due to the physical properties, HIPS is often used in the packaging industry, food industry etc.
HIPS is very similar to ABS in terms of stiffness and impact resistance:
The FIllamentum HIPS Extrafill can be dissolved in limonene and is, therefore, an ideal support material and sticks well together with ABS.
