If you frequently print with abrasive materials like carbon, fibreglass, or metal-filled filaments, upgrading to the Bambu Lab High Flow Tungsten Carbide nozzle is an excellent choice for your 3D printer. With a hardness of HRA 90 (well above that of hardened steel), the HF Tungsten Carbide nozzle can withstand enormous wear and tear and offers around 50 % longer service life for high-performance filaments.
The optimised melting zone of the nozzle increases the maximum volumetric throughput by up to 62.5 %, thus reducing the printing time by up to 30 %, depending on the model. The advantage is particularly noticeable with large components or infill-heavy prints: faster completion, less waiting time, and more productivity.
Sharp details even at high speed
No under-extrusion, no muddy edges, no lost details: this high-flow die combines high flow rates with extremely even extrusion. The result: crisp contours, clean textures and ultra-smooth surfaces - even when printing at high speeds.
Quick nozzle change thanks to quick-swap hotend
The clever hotend design neatly separates the thermal and electronic components. This allows you to unlock, change and reinsert the entire hotend assembly in seconds: Simply release the clip, replace the hotend and continue printing.
Note: Please replace only when the item is cool; do not touch the heat block, as there is a risk of burns!
