Innovative design for noticeably smoother extrusion

The DXC extruder adds a breath of fresh air to filament guidance with its innovative spiral gear design. Instead of classic straight toothing, several teeth engage simultaneously - this ensures a good grip, 60 % less abrasion and fewer visible marks on the filament.

Better safe than sorry: dual-gear system for maximum control

Two synchronised drive wheels double the contact surface to the filament. The result? No slipping, no skips - just constant and reliable feeding, even with delicate prints.

The patented gear wheels with RNC hard coating (HV3300) withstand even intensive continuous use.

Adaptive compression spring suspension

Whether it's soft or hard or, the intelligent pressure mechanism automatically adapts to your filament. This makes the DXC the ideal solution for material changes and multi-material setups!

Air circulation cooling concept to prevent heat build-up

The open design ensures efficient air circulation inside. This keeps the temperature under control, minimises heat creep and makes blockages during high-temperature printing a thing of the past.

Filament run-out detection directly on the extruder

The integrated sensor is located close to the feed - this saves material, reduces mess and ensures a seamless changeover when the filament runs out.

Plug&Play

The DXC extruder is ready for use straight away - no rooting, no fuss. Note: A small firmware update is necessary in case you use the optional filament sensor.
