Description

CarbonFil? is a lightweight and incredibly stiff carbon fibre-reinforced filament. The Formfutura CarbonFil? filament is based on a unique blend of HDglass? with 20% extremely light and relatively long carbon fibres.

By using ultra-light and relatively long carbon fibres, CarbonFil? is twice as stiff as HDglass? and impact resistance has increased by more than 10%. The heat resistance is relatively high at 85 °C.

Printing with CarbonFil? filament is very easy because the material is almost distortion-free.

Objects printed with CarbonFil? have an amazing look and feel and you can print the material without a heated bed.

The printing temperature of the material is between 230 - 265 °C.
