AlveoONE / AlveoONE-R Kit

This kit from Alveo3D offers a practical solution to improve air quality during 3D printing. The kit contains all non-printable components as well as the corresponding STL files with which you can print and assemble a filter box for your 3D printer yourself. You can choose to use the system either freestanding (alveoONE-R) or wall-mounted (alveoONE), and you can print the components in the colours and materials you prefer.

Efficient air filtration with the P3D HEPA filter

The kit provides you with the P3D filter, specially developed for 3D printers. This combines a HEPA13 filter with an activated carbon layer to effectively reduce odours, ultrafine particles (UFPs) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The filter has a lifespan of 3 to 6 months, depending on how often and with which materials you print.

This variant is ideal for wall mounting to optimise air circulation and reduce pollutants. It ensures a stable printing environment and clean printing results.	This version is flexible and can be easily placed next to the printer. It recycles the air in the housing and efficiently filters out pollutants.
