Description

Fiberlogy ABS+GF is a high-performance composite filament that combines the versatility of ABS with the added strength of glass fibre reinforcement. The result is printed parts that are stiff, dimensionally stable, and temperature-resistant, while remaining lightweight. The glass-fibre-reinforced structure significantly enhances impact strength, wear resistance, and long-term durability, making ABS+GF the perfect choice for projects with demanding mechanical requirements. Even under tough operating conditions, printed parts remain strong and dependable.

Compared to standard ABS, ABS+GF offers:

  • Improved adhesion to the build plate,
  • Stronger layer bonding for more stable prints,
  • Reduced shrinkage, resulting in better dimensional accuracy.

These properties make Fiberlogy ABS+GF an ideal material for lightweight structures, dynamically loaded components, and functional parts where strength, precision, and low weight are critical ¨C such as in drone manufacturing or mechanical design applications.

Note: This material requires a hardened steel nozzle or a ruby nozzle for printing.
