3D Printing Cleaner C, 1.000 g

The Loctite 3D Printing Cleaner C is an IPA-free cleaning solution specially developed for the post-cleaning of SLA and DLP printed parts. The cleaner has a flash point of 75¡ãC and is non-flammable at room temperature.

Advantages at a glance:

• Can absorb up to 5 times more resin compared to IPA,
• Can be used at temperatures up to 50 °C,
• Even cleans complex parts such as lattice structures,
• Can be rinsed with water,
• Dissolves 3D printing resins such as Loctite 3D 3840,
• Will not damage green or hardened parts when used properly.

Instructions:

When using the cleaner, ensure there is sufficient ventilation and use appropriate protective equipment.

Use the product at a temperature between 20 °C and 50 °C,

Immerse the printed part to be cleaned in the cleaner at intervals of 2 to 4 minutes (don't forget to stir),

Rinse the part with clean DI water for 1 to 2 minutes (don't forget to stir),

Plan enough time for the printed part to dry (approx. 60 minutes at a temperature of 20 °C to 25 °C should be sufficient) before you start UV drying,

Cleaning time depends on the type of resin, temperature, stirring and complexity of the part,
