Filament Cleaner

The filament cleaner from 3DJake is a very practical upgrade for the 3D printer. As the filament is pulled through the filament cleaner, dust, dirt and other particles are removed from the surface of the filament so that only clean filament is fed into the printer. In addition to clean print results, this process also leads to a reduction in any misprints.

Inside the filament cleaner, there is a special high-density sponge that is also used for cleaning in filament production. Due to its high density, this sponge ensures a more thorough removal of the particles on the filament.

Simple use

Simply run the filament through the pre-made hole of the filament cleaner. Ideally, the filament cleaner is placed between the filament spools and the extruder. However, it can also be placed between the extruder and the hot end. (for Bowden extruders)
