Bambu Lab ASA Aero is a self-foaming ASA-based material with high durability and toughness that enables the printing of extremely lightweight yet robust components. The material with a matte surface structure has excellent resistance to heat, water and UV rays, making it ideal for long-lasting outdoor models (e.g. RC aeroplanes).

Compared to other foaming filaments, ASA Aero is more resistant to impacts, collisions, falls and higher stress. ASA Aero has up to 45% lower compression density than standard ASA.

The filament is delivered on a high-temperature reusable spool.

Drying it before use and using an enclosure is recommended when printing with ASA!
