Flexible build plate system for resin 3D printers

The 3DJake Flexible Build plate System was specifically developed for easy removal of finished parts.

Our system includes a magnetic base with an adhesive backing and a flexible build plate made of high-quality spring steel that does not bend or warp when bent but simply returns to its original shape. Therefore, the flexible build plate can be removed from the magnetic base after printing and the print can be removed more easily by carefully bending it. It is also possible to wash and post-harden the model directly on the plate. In the meantime, you can start a new print on an additional plate to increase productivity.

Thanks to a specially patterned surface, our steel plate has improved adhesion compared to most original platforms, which significantly increases the success rate!

The magnetic base has a thickness of 2 mm with alternating polarity, which creates an amazing strength to guarantee a beautiful printing result even with large format prints.

Note!

• When choosing the right build plate, don't just rely on the appropriate build volume - be sure to also measure the printing plate of your 3D printer!
• The magnet base is 2 mm thick, the steel plate is 0.4 mm thick.
