Mill/Drill Unit MICROMOT 60/EF

The Proxxon MICROMOT 60/EF is a compact precision tool designed for fine drilling, grinding and engraving tasks. With a diameter of just 35 mm and weighing a mere 230 g, it fits comfortably in the hand, allowing fatigue-free operation even during prolonged use.

Inside, a balanced DC motor with a precision-ground, ball-bearing spindle ensures smooth running, quiet operation and exceptional accuracy. The high-quality MICROMOT steel collets securely hold even the smallest tools perfectly centred ¨C no rattling, no wobbling, just steady, precise performance.

The MICROMOT 60/EF is equipped with a quick-release chuck (0.3 - 3.2 mm), which enables quick and easy swapping of tools with different shank diameters. Alternatively, it can also be operated with MICROMOT steel collets.

Suitable for steel, precious metals, glass, ceramics, plastics and minerals.

Note: The device is operated with low-voltage safety current (12¨C18 V DC), offering the highest level of safety - ideal for wet grinding applications too. A separate power supply unit is required for operation, such as the PROXXON NG 2.

Tip: Speed control only functions via non-stabilised power supply units, such as the MICROMOT transformers NG 2/S, NG 2/E, or NG 5/E. When connected to stabilised power supply units, the devices operate at maximum speeds.
