Polymaker ? PC-ABS is a PC - ABS polymer blend that provides superior toughness and heat resistance while maintaining a good surface finish and good compatibility with metal coatings.

Polymaker ? PC-ABS can be printed on any surface with a thin layer of Magigoo PC. We recommend a flexplate to facilitate removal of the model from the plate.

We recommend a full metal hotend that maintains stable temperatures of at least 260°C and a heated chamber of at least 80°C.

We recommend annealing all models printed with Polymaker ? PC-ABS. This allows users to take full advantage of the mechanical and thermal properties. During annealing, the model is placed in an oven at 100°C for 2 hours.

PolyDissolve ? S2 is the recommended support material for Polymaker ? PC-ABS.
